Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship outside of Singapore?
No. We ship only within Singapore and cannot process or deliver Orders to addresses outside the country.

Do you deliver to all parts of Singapore?
Yes — we deliver anywhere in Singapore.

Is delivery really free?
Yes — every Order ships free, with no minimum purchase required.

How fast is delivery?
We offer next-business-day delivery across Singapore. Orders placed before 2:00pm SGT on a Business Day arrive the next Business Day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, arrive on the following Business Day. See our Shipping Information page for full details.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your Order ships. You can also check your status by signing into your account or contacting us at info@sgcoffeestore.com.

What if my order is late, lost, or arrives damaged?
Contact us at info@sgcoffeestore.com or +65 6465 1987 as soon as possible — within 7 days of delivery for damaged items — and we’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Products

What kind of coffee do you sell?
Coffee capsules and pods, whole coffee beans, and ground coffee, from a mix of well-known major brands and smaller local roasters.

Are your capsules compatible with my machine?
Compatibility is listed on each product page (for example, Nespresso®-compatible or Dolce Gusto®-compatible). If you’re unsure, email info@sgcoffeestore.com and we’ll help you find the right match. Brand names are used only to indicate compatibility.

Do you sell single items or only multi-packs?
It varies by product — check the individual product page for available pack sizes.

How do you keep coffee fresh?
We monitor roast and best-before dates and rotate stock, so you receive coffee well within date.

Is the packaging always exactly as shown in photos?
We do our best to keep images accurate, but suppliers occasionally update packaging design. Minor differences between the photo and the item you receive don’t affect the product inside and aren’t considered a defect.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely through our payment provider. We don’t store your full card details on our servers.

Are taxes included in the listed price?
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD). Prices include 9% GST.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — if your Order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at info@sgcoffeestore.com or +65 6465 1987 and we’ll cancel or adjust it at no cost.

I haven’t received an order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don’t see it within a few hours, contact us at info@sgcoffeestore.com with your name and the email used at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?
Yes — unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrived defective, damaged, incorrect, or expired, we’ll accept it back even if opened. Full details are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, wrong, or expired item), we cover it. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 Business Days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — let us know when you contact us about your return, and we’ll arrange an exchange subject to availability.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. An account just makes it easier to track Orders and reorder favourites.

How is my personal information protected?
We collect and use your information only as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We never sell your information.

Can I access or correct my data?
Yes. Email info@sgcoffeestore.com to request access to or correction of your personal data, and our Data Protection Officer will respond.

Will I get marketing emails I didn’t sign up for?
No. We only send marketing emails if you’ve opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
