Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to enjoy your coffee. This policy explains, in full, when and how you can return Goods and receive a refund or replacement. It applies to all Goods purchased on sgcoffeestore.com and is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under Singapore consumer law.
1. Summary
- Changed your mind? Return unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Item faulty, damaged, wrong, or expired? We’ll provide a full refund or free replacement and cover return shipping — even if the item has been opened.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 Business Days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
2. Change-of-mind (buyer’s remorse) returns
You may return Goods within 30 days of the delivery date for any reason, including simply changing your mind, provided that the Goods are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Eligible condition: new and unopened only.
- Return shipping: for change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of returning the Goods to us. Because original delivery to you was free, there is no outbound delivery charge to deduct from your refund.
- Hygiene exception: for food-safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of any product whose seal has been opened or broken.
3. Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or expired Goods
If Goods arrive damaged, defective, not as described, incorrect, or past (or close to) their expiry / best-before date, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement, at your choice and subject to stock. In these cases we cover all return shipping costs, and you may return the item even if it has been opened.
Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery, quoting your Order number and, where possible, attaching a photograph of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly. This does not limit your statutory rights in respect of latent defects discovered later.
4. How to start a return
- Contact us first. Email info@sgcoffeestore.com or call +65 6465 1987 with your Order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send Goods back before contacting us — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
- We confirm eligibility and send you return instructions, including the return address.
- Pack the Goods securely in their original packaging and send them to:
SG Coffee Store Pte Ltd, 624 Choa Chu Kang Street 62, #01-250, Singapore 680624. - Keep your proof of postage until your refund or replacement is confirmed.

6. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 Business Days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
If a refund is declined (for example, because a change-of-mind item was returned opened or used), we will explain why and, where appropriate, offer to return the item to you.
7. Exchanges
Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? Tell us when you contact us about your return, and we will arrange an exchange for an eligible returned item, subject to stock availability. If the exchange item differs in price, we will refund or request the difference as appropriate.
8. Cancelling an order before dispatch
If your Order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel or change it at no cost — just contact us as soon as possible at info@sgcoffeestore.com or +65 6465 1987, and we will cancel or adjust it and refund any payment for cancelled items.
9. What we do not treat as a defect
Minor differences between product photographs and the item you receive — such as updated packaging design or labelling introduced by the supplier — do not affect the product inside and are not considered defects.
10. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or partially used coffee products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or expired as described in clause 3.
11. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received an approved refund within the stated time, please first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary. If you still need help, contact us at info@sgcoffeestore.com and we will assist.
