Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 26 June 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) are a legal agreement between you (“you“, “customer“) and SG Coffee Store Pte Ltd (“SG Coffee Store“, “we“, “us“, “our“), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered place of business at 624 Choa Chu Kang Street 62, #01-250, Singapore 680624. They govern your access to and use of the website sgcoffeestore.com (the “Website“) and any purchase you make through it.

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1.1 Definitions

  • “Goods” means the coffee products offered for sale on the Website, including coffee capsules and pods, whole coffee beans, and ground coffee.
  • “Order” means your request to purchase Goods through the Website.
  • “Contract” means the contract of sale formed between you and us under clause 1.4.
  • “Business Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays.

1.2 Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an Order. You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@sgcoffeestore.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

1.3 Products and availability

We sell coffee capsules and pods, whole coffee beans, and ground coffee. All Goods are subject to availability, and we may add, withdraw, or change Goods at any time without notice. Where a product is described as compatible with a particular machine or system (for example, “Nespresso®-compatible” or “Dolce Gusto®-compatible”), this indicates compatibility only; the relevant brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and we are an independent reseller that is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those brands unless expressly stated.

Product images are provided for illustration. Because suppliers periodically update packaging, labels, roast dates, and design, the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance from the photograph. Such minor differences do not affect the product inside and are not treated as a defect.

1.4 Orders and formation of the Contract

Each Order you submit is an offer by you to purchase Goods subject to these Terms. After you place an Order, we will send an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean your Order has been accepted. A binding Contract is formed only when we dispatch the Goods to you.

We may decline or cancel all or part of an Order — for example, if the Goods are out of stock, if there is an error in the price or product description, if we are unable to deliver to your address, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. Where we decline or cancel an Order for which you have already paid, we will refund the affected amount in full.

1.5 Prices, errors, and payment

All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prices shown are inclusive of 9% GST.

Delivery is free on every Order (see Shipping Information).

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but errors can occur. If we discover that the price of Goods you have ordered is materially incorrect, we will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel; if we cannot reach you, we will treat the Order as cancelled and refund any payment taken.

Payment is collected at checkout through our third-party payment provider using a secure connection. We do not receive or store your full card number on our servers. Title to the Goods passes to you on full payment; risk passes to you on delivery.

1.6 Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Information page, and returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Both pages form part of these Terms.

1.7 Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer in Singapore, including your rights in respect of Goods that do not conform to the Contract under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 (including the “Lemon Law” provisions) and the implied terms as to quality and fitness under the Sale of Goods Act.

1.8 Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layout, and the compilation of all content — is owned by or licensed to SG Coffee Store Pte Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the Website without our prior written permission, except that you may print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use.

1.9 Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems; introduce malicious code; or use automated means to scrape or harvest data without our consent.

1.10 Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with an Order or these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — is limited to the price you paid for the Goods to which the claim relates. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under your non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

1.11 Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

1.12 Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, supply shortages, natural events, or government measures.

1.13 General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours to a successor of our business. These Terms, together with the Shipping Information, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

1.14 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
