2. Shipping Information

2.1 Where we ship

We ship within Singapore only. We are unable to process or deliver Orders to addresses outside Singapore.

2.2 Free, next-business-day delivery

Delivery is free on every Order, with next-business-day delivery anywhere in Singapore.

Orders placed before 2:00pm SGT on a Business Day are delivered the next Business Day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on a weekend or public holiday, are processed on the following Business Day and delivered the Business Day after that.

“Business Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays.

2.3 Order processing

Once your payment is confirmed, we prepare and pack your Order for dispatch. You will receive an email confirmation when the Order is placed and, where applicable, a further email with tracking details once it ships.

2.4 Tracking your order

When your Order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. You can also check the status of your Order by signing into your account or by contacting us at info@sgcoffeestore.com.

2.5 Delivery address and failed deliveries

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are complete and correct at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a delivery cannot be completed (for example, no one is available to receive it) the courier may leave a notice and reattempt delivery or hold the parcel for collection. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

2.6 Delays

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your Order is dispatched. While we work hard to meet our next-Business-Day commitment, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, public holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control. If your Order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

2.7 Checking your order on arrival

Please inspect your Order on delivery. If anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery (see our Returns and Refunds Policy) and we will put it right.
